Bartender / Waiter

Mix cocktails, run service on the deck, keep the vibe alive. Sunset is your busiest hour and the bassline is your background music.

What you'll do

  • checkMix Tilas' cocktail menu (we'll train you on Pandan Rush)
  • checkTake orders, run food and drinks across the deck
  • checkGreet guests warmly — many become regulars
  • checkKeep the bar clean, stocked, and sunset-ready

Looking for

Full-time / Part-time Panagsama Beach

Kitchen Staff

Run our all-day kitchen — burgers, tacos, quesadillas, sizzling fajitas, and bar bites. Fast, clean, and consistent.

What you'll do

  • checkPrep, cook & plate items from our main menu
  • checkMaintain hygiene and clean stations end of shift
  • checkManage stock and report low items
  • checkBe ready for sunset and Friday DJ-session rushes
